In compliance with the duty of information contained in Article 10 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, 2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, we inform you that the website https://nehesimy.com/ including all its subdomains and sections (hereinafter, all of it, together, the “Website“) is operated by Anvileo S.L., a Spanish company, domiciled at calle Almagro nº 31, 3-D, 28010-Madrid, Spain, with tax identification number B88122379 (hereinafter, “Anvileo“). Anvileo may modify at any time and without prior notice the Website, including the content of this legal notice (hereinafter, the “Legal Notice“) or the privacy policy, so we recommend reading it before each access and browsing through the Website.

Regarding the collection and use of personal data, the privacy policy (hereinafter, the “Privacy Policy“) is applicable.

This Legal Notice regulates the use of the information society services that Anvileo offers to internet users through the Website.

The access and use of the Website implies that the User accepts in its entirety and is obliged to comply completely with this Legal Notice, as well as the Privacy Policy available on the Website. Therefore, the User is authorized to use the Website only in accordance with the conditions of this Legal Notice, as well as with the instructions, recommendations or particular conditions that Anvileo indicates in each specific case.

Access to the Website is free of charge, except for the cost of connection through the telecommunications network provided by the Internet provider contracted by the User.

The User undertakes not to use the Website for fraudulent purposes or in bad faith and to use it only for domestic or private purposes, as well as not to carry out any conduct that could damage the image, interests and rights of Anvileo or third parties. Additionally, the User undertakes not to carry out any act with the purpose of damaging, disable or overloading the Website, or preventing, in any way, the normal use of the same.

The User shall refrain from interfering with the performance of the Website, in particular, from impersonating another User or person. The User undertakes not to carry out any act that damages, disable or overloads, impairs or prevents the normal use of the Website, affects its security or hinders or interferes with it.

In case of breach of this Legal Notice or Anvileo reasonably suspects that it is breaching them, Anvileo shall be entitled to limit, suspend or terminate the User’s access to the Website, adopting any technical measure that may be necessary for that purpose. Also, Anvileo reserves the right to unilaterally, at any time, decide on the continuity of the services provided through the Website.

The User acknowledges and accepts that the use of the Website is at all times at the User’s own risk and responsibility, so Anvileo is not responsible for the misuse that may be made of it. Anvileo is not responsible for any type of responsibility derived from the information published in the Website whenever this information has been manipulated or introduced by a third party to Anvileo.

The User acknowledges and accepts that, although Anvileo makes its best efforts to ensure the technical and factual accuracy of the content and information included on the Website, those are general and indicative. Thus, to the extent permitted by applicable law, Anvileo cannot guarantee in all cases and at all times the truthfulness, authenticity, adequacy and accuracy of the information provided through the Website. Consequently, Anvileo is not responsible for the decisions taken by the User based on the information provided through the Website, nor for the damages caused by actions based on the information obtained on the Website.

Anvileo shall only be liable for damages that the User may suffer from the use of the Web when such damages are due to the wilful or negligent action of Anvileo. As an example, but not limited to, Anvileo is not liable for damages that may arise from (i) interruptions, viruses, faults, interference, omissions or disconnections of the electronic system, communications system or equipment for reasons beyond Anvileo; (ii) delays or blockages in the use of the Website due to deficiencies or overloads on the Internet, lines or electrical or communications systems; or (iii) the illegitimate actions of third parties outside the control of Anvileo.

It is possible that the User, through the Website, may be redirected to contents of third-party websites hosted on the Website. Since Anvileo cannot always control the contents introduced by third parties in their respective websites, Anvileo does not assume any type of responsibility with respect to such contents. In any case, it will proceed to the immediate removal of any content that comes to its knowledge that could contravene national or international legislation, morality or public order, proceeding to the immediate withdrawal of the redirection to such third-party website.

All industrial and intellectual property rights (including sui generis rights over databases or rights over computer programs) over the contents of the Website, its graphic design and source code, as well as over the different elements included therein (including but not limited to: texts, graphics, logos, distinctive signs, icons, buttons, photographs, videos, sound recordings, etc.) belong to Anvileo or to third parties. All the contents of the Website are duly protected by the applicable regulations, as well as registered in the corresponding public registries.

Regardless of the purpose for which they were intended, the total or partial reproduction, use, exploitation, distribution and commercialization, in any case requires prior written authorization from Anvileo.

Use of the Website is governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law.

Except for those cases in which the law imperatively establishes the jurisdiction of a specific jurisdiction, any dispute or litigation in relation to this Legal Notice is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the city of Madrid (Spain), expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may be applicable.

If any of the provisions contained in this Legal Notice is declared null and void, it will be withdrawn or replaced. In any case, such declaration of invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions contained in this Legal Notice.
